Roofman is confirmed to be a photographer working with the OG critics.

No need for concern. He is not a Scieno, and he had permission to be on the roof.
March 15th:
Just generally being a freaky ninja, up on the roof.
Original concerns were that he was a scieno or some kind of crazy trespasser.
