Intro
Every protest that I've been to so far, he drives around not once or twice just advertising normally but this individual stares at us. He doesn't drive by naturally but stops in the middle of the street and just watches us. At the Spy vs Sci July 12th Protest after it was over he followed a bunch of us Anons around the side street at the convenience store and he continually kept driving down younge street at a pace to watch us. It's unlikely that hes OSA, much more likely that it is just a local company that gets a lot of business up near the org.

- Driver: Slenderness- challenged caucasian male, scary beard
- Fat
- Possible Scieno or Private Investigator
- He's a silly looking mofo
KTM Rating
Low for now. This guy is some type of Creep whether he's a Scientologist or not he stalks us in his Van.
Handling
Minimal KTM handling required. If you see his Van always make eye contact back and notice how he's driving.
