Intro
Likes to come down to the protests and yell rhetoric about an apparent lack of separation of church and state in Canada, blaming the catholic church specifically. Likes to use his hands to make a cross then do a thumbs down to people driving by.

High: Is likely crazy, and is often told to leave by the police. Gives a very bad image to our protests as he not only looks and sounds crazy, but often swears.
Handling
If he is causing a scene, contact a monitor as soon as possible. Monitors will be informed what to do to handle KTMs before the protests.
